NT woman, 7, dies following ‘fall from vehicle’

A seven-yr-outdated female has died soon after she allegedly fell from a going vehicle in a remote portion of Central Australia.

The female was travelling with her father about 4pm on Sunday in the vicinity of Harts Range, northeast of Alice Springs, when the incident occurred, Northern Territory police explained.

“All through the journey it is alleged she fell from the shifting car or truck suffering critical head accidents,” a law enforcement spokeswoman mentioned on Wednesday.

The lady was flown to the Royal Adelaide Healthcare facility for Females and Children where she died from her injuries on Monday.

Main crash detectives have travelled to the space to look into.

The town of Harts Range and the neighbouring Indigenous group of Atitjere are located 215 kilometres from Alice Springs at the base of the Harts Ranges.
