Mariners ALM mentor Montgomery re-signs

Central Coastline have demonstrated faith in Nick Montgomery by extending their head coach’s agreement for a more two seasons, by to the finish of the 2024-25 A-League Men campaign.

Montgomery and assistant Sergio Raimundo have both of those re-signed with the Mariners after taking them to an elimination final and FFA Cup last though enjoying a predominantly youthful crew.

The previous academy coach assisted establish the likes of Alou and Garang Kuol, Jacob Farrell, Josh Nisbet, Kye Rowles and Dan Hall and fully commited to continuing to build youthful players.

“I am excited to construct on the foundations that we commenced a handful of several years in the past in turning out to be the best improvement club in the A-League,” Montgomery explained.

Former participant and academy mentor Montgomery stepped into the top rated job on a two-time deal in July 2021 right after Alen Stajcic, who had turned the when-hapless Mariners all-around, departed at the end of the 2020-21 period.
