Compagnie de Saint-Gobain mentioned late Thursday that it concluded the sale of its crystals and detectors organization to a consortium of personal-fairness companies.
On Sept. 1, the French company mentioned it was in talks to market the small business for an business price of $214 million.
Saint-Gobain marketed the company, section of its substantial-general performance solutions phase, to a consortium led by SK Cash Associates affiliated with Edgewater Cash Companions, both U.S. personal fairness companies with knowledge in highly developed products, it claimed.
