MESA, AZ — Police say a suspect is in custody in the murder of a popular Mesa business enterprise owner.
Mesa police announced the arrest Sunday soon after 58-calendar year-previous Jesus Fabian De La Rosa was identified dead in his company, Lamb’s Shoe Maintenance on Tuesday.

Police say that De La Rosa experienced documented a firearm stolen on December 1st. He experienced informed police at the time that he allowed a homeless gentleman to use the restroom at his small business from time to time, and thought he may possibly have stolen the gun.
