MESA, AZ — Police say a suspect is in custody in the murder of a popular Mesa business enterprise owner.

Mesa police announced the arrest Sunday soon after 58-calendar year-previous Jesus Fabian De La Rosa was identified dead in his company, Lamb’s Shoe Maintenance on Tuesday.
